Great Taste No Pain Book – What Do The Contents Really Say?

Much has been told about the ‘Great Taste No Pain’ book.  Enough to generate curiosity about its contents, but this may not be enough to compel one to buy it – yet!  The reviews on this book are full of praise for the simple solution that it offers to control acute, chronic and all other types of stomach ailments.  There is this wonderful method on alkalizing the body that Sherry Brescia has found to eliminate stomach pain and related health conditions. 

 

The Principle of Keeping Disease Away 

 

From birth Sherry Brescia, the author of the ‘Great Taste No Pain’ book, was herself suffering with IBS.  Like thousands of others, she resigned herself to a life that would be associated with pain and discomfort that was managed as much as possible with various medications.  It was only when she was exposed to the misery of thousands of others while she was working as a health insurance agent that she realized that medication does not work for everyone.  This is when she started researching and putting together material for the Great Taste No Pain Book

There are six parts in the book – each one completing the other, while still capable of standing alone as an informative guide against stomach pain.  Sherry is so convinced about the method that she throws you the challenge to try her method and be free from stomach pain in just ONE DAY.  Part one is called - ‘Pain Free in 1 Day’ and gives you thirteen simple recipes for all the meals you would have in one day that guarantee to eliminate all digestion related problems. 

 

The second part of the ‘Great Taste No Pain’ book is self explanatory – ‘How to end stomach pain forever, even if your MD says - no way!’  Sherry explains in this book the importance of eating correctly; you need to combine fat, protein and carbohydrates in such a way that the generation of acid in the body is minimal. 

 

The third and fourth parts titled, ‘Foods that create acid’ and ‘What to eat with what’ focus on identifying which foods are alkaline, which are acidic and how to use this knowledge to ensure that the ingested foods maintain the right pH balance in the body. 

 

The fifth part offers 112 remarkably tasty recipes that would ensure that you stay on the right track without sacrificing taste and the last part of the ‘Great Taste No Pain’ book contains excellent advice on how to stay safe (meaning to stay alkaline) while travelling and/or eating out.  Overall, it has everything you need to know to get rid of your stomach ailment forever.
